Quality Policy & commitment

Our primary concern at ITEC SERVICES is quality for our clients by:

  • Optimising operations and performance to achieve agreed objectives;

The Directors of ITEC SERVICES ensure quality by:

  • Defining quality, reviewing it annually, and informing all collaborators;
  • Reminding collaborators that clients’ demands are paramount;
  • Specifying quality objectives, ensuring they are understood and implemented;
  • Presiding over regular reviews of quality;
  • Ensuring that managers make appropriate resources available.
