Organisation of quality management

DOCUMENT QUALITY MANAGEMENT:
Procedures at ITEC SERVICES define methodology that controls and directs all documents circulating in the company.
MALFUNCTION MANAGEMENT AND CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTITIVE PROCEDURES:
All malfunctions identified at ITEC SERVICES are registered and investigated.
A Methodology was described to deal with such malfunctions. Periodic analyses of malfunctions, audit results, procedural reviews, delineating areas for improvement by corrective actions or preventive measures.
IN-HOUSE QUALITY AUDITS:
ITEC SERVICES considers it a duty to continually review the effectiveness of Quality Management Procedures. To this end, independent auditors are invited to evaluate procedures and test them in practice.
