1984 : Mme AUZERIE founded ITEC SERVICES after 9 years in various research posts leading to her doctorate in pharmacy. The original services were directed solely at clinical study management and monitoring.
1993 : Dr AUZERIE joined the company after 13 years in the posts of Medical Director, Vice-President of Research and Development at SANOFI RESEARCH, and Director of Clinical Research at PIERRE FABRE MEDICAMENT. The aim of ITEC SERVICES has since been broadened to include methodology and strategic development. ITEC SERVICES has now a medical marketing department and can conduct epidemiological studies.
1994 : First steps taken towards ISO accredition and certification as part of a continual process of improvement.
1997 : ITEC SERVICES obtains ISO certificate 9002. New procedures are put in place and perfected. Control operations are taken over by Nathalie AUZERIE (EFQM auditor and Master of Management Quality - ISMQ: ESC Group, Bordeaux), who is now responsible for IRCA audits (certificate No. 4219).
Data management structures and biometric activities developed by Thierry DUBON enable ITEC SERVICES to offer clients an effective symbiosis of data management and monitoring, for interfaces between data capture and database management.
1999-2000 : Expansion into North Africa and launch of the first Moroccan clinical trials. ITEC SERVICES implements new solutions to improve patient recruitment in clinical trials.
2001 : ISO certificate 9001:2000 granted for activities conceived and achieved by ITEC SERVICES. This certificate clearly reflects ITEC SERVICES’s values and operations applied to clinical research. In-house processing methods coordinate the roles and functions of our various collaborators.
2005 : Data management structure consolidated and clinical research and epidemiological, data activites, separated.
